How it all started
MyDaily was born out of a recognition that something needed to change. Burnout rates were rising, and people were struggling to find a way to prioritize their well-being amidst the demands of work and life. The traditional wellness tools on the market were time-consuming and required a lot of effort, with low adoption rates within companies.
We saw an opportunity to create something different, something that could truly make a difference. Our goal was to build a tool that would be fully integrated into people's daily workflow, without requiring them to put in extra time and effort. Our vision was to make it easy for people to prioritize their well-being, and to open up a conversation about this important topic within companies.
